Guidance is the plan - the what, the why, and the how - and the expertise that saves you time, effort, + energy of figuring it out for yourself.
Accountability is the check-in + the tough love. It's the extra set of eyes on your efforts that holds you to your values + goals.
Support is the encouragement + empowerment when (not if) life hits the fan + when you get in your own way.
but you are the driver.
You show up. You do the work. You build your own confidence. You learn about your body as you train. You set the direction + let go of everything that holds you back.
Here's how it works
Cyclical Strength is a remote one-on-one coaching experience that is a combo of live video calls, individualized strength + conditioning programming, + lifestyle protocols that provide the Guidance, Accountability, + Support you need to show up, work hard, + stay consistent when life hits the fan.
It includes all fitness, nutrition, + health/lifestyle strategies in one streamlined experience.
FITNESS
Cyclical Strength works in Quarterly Cycles focused around what you most need right now for your best physical and health, energy, + strength.
Each Cycle consists of three 4-week phases OR two 6-week phases designed to build RECOVERY ABILITY, STRENGTH, POWER, or ENDURANCE qualities.
ALL warm-ups, mobility + flexibility work, cool-downs, + main work for the day are done-for you. All you have to do is SHOW UP + follow your plan!
GETTING STARTED:
Step 1: Assess your joints, your movement, your strength, and your lifestyle so we can target your plan on everything you need + include nothing you don't.
Step 2: Game Plan: Focus your efforts ONLY on the things that will bring you the best results right now + forget about the rest.
- 60-90 min Intake Call to go over your plan + work through your TRIAGE plan (so you always know what to do)
- You'll receive an email detailing your Strength Cycle, what to focus on in this phase, how to triage, and how to stay on track for the main goal of this phase.
Step 3: You'll receive your fitness program via the TrueCoach App. where you'll log your workouts, include videos for review, and ask questions.
If you get specific flexibility protocols, you'll know what it's for, why you are doing it, and how it will support your long-term goals.
NUTRITION
You get on-going as needed support building + maintaining a nutrient dense food system so that you're always nourishing your body in ways that support your goals, support your health, + support your recovery.
- Systems: Food Prep Strategies, Cooking/Not-Cooking, Eating Out, etc.
- Tracking (as needed) using Cronometer
- Adjusting: How to adjust + adapt to life's demands
- Supplementation: Finally, what supplements (if any), could move the needle for female health + your specific goals
LIFESTYLE
In our Monthly Meet-Ups and regular communication, we'll dig into...
- Sleep: Quality, amount, how to improve
- Stress Management: How you manage stressors
- Hobbies: What you do for fun?
