What is it? An integrative strength + conditioning program with your health in mind.
- 3-4 day complete program including warm-ups, work, cool-downs, + mobility work.
- 3 lifting sessions + 1 conditioning session each week (with guidance)
- 45-60 minute sessions.

Do I get feedback? You do not get feedback from me as part of this subscription. You can purchase consultations at a discounted rate for additional support.
What do I need to succeed? You choose whether you train @home or @gym.
- @home: you need a pair of DBs + some bands
- @gym: barbell, DBs, bench
- guidance for modifying movements (with videos) is also given.
